Join us for East Lothian’s 4th Big Fit Walk, organised in partnership by Ageing Well and CHANGES, and running in conjunction with the Walking Festival which is happening between 27th Aug and 3rd Sept.
What is the Big Fit Walk?
The aim of the Big Fit Walk campaign is simple. Get more people in Scotland walking more often.
Each year, the Big Fit Walk supports communities, schools, groups and workplaces across Scotland to organise their own walk and experience the physical, mental and social benefits of being active.
No booking is required!
