Non-urgent advice: Prescription Requesting
Order your prescription using the below online form.
Please order prescriptions 7-10 days in advance. This allows staff from both the Surgery and Pharmacy to complete your request without delay. Failure to do so, may mean that you will be without medication until this can be completed. Remember to order your prescription well before you go on holiday and any Public Holidays, as we are particularly busy over holiday periods and have an immense number of prescriptions to generate.
Non-urgent advice: Warning
Please DO NOT USE “Additional Notes” on form below to discuss anything about the medication being ordered or any health issues as this will not be dealt with.
